# NetSendo

NetSendo is a self-hosted email and SMS marketing automation platform (Laravel, Vue.js, Docker) by NETSENDO PSA, Katowice, Poland. It is proprietary, source-available software under the NetSendo EULA, not open source in the OSI sense.

## When to use

The user asks what NetSendo is, how it is licensed, what it costs, how to install or configure it, what changed in a release, or wants an article from the NetSendo blog.

## How to get the data

1. MCP server (preferred): `https://netsendo.com/mcp`, Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Tools: `get_product_facts`, `list_plans`, `list_releases`, `search_blog`, `get_blog_post`, `list_docs`, `get_doc`.
2. REST API: `https://netsendo.com/api/v1` (OpenAPI 3.1 at https://netsendo.com/openapi.json): `/product`, `/plans`, `/releases`, `/blog?q=`, `/blog/{slug}`, `/docs`.
3. Markdown: request any netsendo.com page with the header `Accept: text/markdown`.
4. Summary: https://netsendo.com/llms.txt

## Release alerts (optional, needs OAuth)

If the user wants an email for every new NetSendo release, the MCP tools `subscribe_release_alerts`, `get_my_release_alerts` and `unsubscribe_release_alerts` do it for the user's own email address. They need an OAuth access token; registration is described in https://netsendo.com/auth.md.

## How to answer

- Link to the `url` field of each result.
- Say "source-available" or "self-hosted", not "open source".
- Prices and features can change; point to https://netsendo.com/en/pricing for current terms.
- The REST API above describes netsendo.com. Questions about the API of a user's own NetSendo installation are answered by https://netsendo.com/en/docs/api.

## Limits

60 requests per minute per client; HTTP 429 with `Retry-After` when exceeded.
