Simply connect your account, and a new toggle will appear when creating a meeting-type task in the CRM. Enable it, and NetSendo automatically generates a unique meeting, adds the link to the task, and includes it in the calendar invitation. You can even add guest emails and track their RSVP status right from the task modal!

To ensure you're always on time, we've built a powerful new notification system. NetSendo now checks for upcoming meetings every 30 seconds. You'll receive:

Navigate to the Marketplace
From your NetSendo dashboard, go to the top-right menu and click on "Marketplace". Find and select the Zoom integration.

Authorize NetSendo
Click the "Connect Zoom" button. You will be redirected to Zoom to sign in and authorize the NetSendo app. This secure OAuth 2.0 process ensures your credentials are safe.

Create a CRM Task
Go to CRM → Tasks and create a new task. Be sure to select "Meeting" as the task type and enable "Sync to Google Calendar".

Add Your Zoom Meeting
A new "Add Zoom Meeting" toggle will now be visible. Simply switch it on! NetSendo will handle the rest, generating the meeting and adding all details to the task and calendar event upon saving.
🎯 Expert Tips for Power Users
While you can connect both Zoom and Google Meet, toggling one in the task modal will disable the other for that specific meeting. This gives you per-meeting flexibility to choose the best platform for your client.
The new meeting reminder notifications are browser-based. To ensure you receive them, keep the NetSendo application open in a browser tab throughout your workday.
