- Interactive Task Management: Click any date to create a task, or click an existing event to open the edit modal instantly.

ℹ️ Note: The calendar is powered by a new, efficient backend endpoint (/crm/tasks/calendar-events) that ensures fast loading times, even with hundreds of tasks.

Building effective follow-up sequences from scratch is time-consuming. Now, you don't have to. We've added 4 professionally written default sequences that are automatically created for new users, covering the most critical sales scenarios:

These templates are fully customizable and even come with a "Restore Defaults" option if you want to revert to the original. Badges in the UI clearly distinguish between "Default" and "Custom" sequences.

- Real-time Contact Search: When creating a CRM contact, you can now search for existing subscribers by name, email, or phone. Selecting a subscriber auto-fills the form, preventing duplicate entries.
- Precise Task Timing: Task creation now includes start and end time fields, which sync perfectly with Google Calendar, respecting your configured timezone. No more incorrect event durations!
- Automated Lead Scoring Rules: The Lead Scoring page now automatically seeds a set of default rules the first time you visit it, giving you a powerful baseline for identifying hot leads immediately.

📋 How to Use the New Task Calendar View
Get started with the new calendar in just a few clicks:

Navigate to CRM Tasks
From your NetSendo dashboard, go to
CRM → Tasksin the sidebar menu. -
Switch to Calendar View
Click the new "Calendar" tab at the top of the page. You will see the current month with all your scheduled tasks.

Create a Task
Click on any date in the calendar. The "Create Task" modal will pop up with the date already pre-filled. Set the start/end times, add details, and save.

Edit and Reschedule
Click on an existing task in the calendar to open the edit modal. While drag-and-drop rescheduling isn't available yet, you can quickly change the date and time from the modal.
⚠️ Important: Ensure your application timezone is correctly set in your NetSendo configuration for accurate Google Calendar synchronization.
