Terms and Conditions of Electronic Services

These Terms and Conditions specify the rules and conditions for the provision of electronic services by NETSENDO PSA via the website netsendo.com (hereinafter: "Service").

The Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended), the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), the Act of April 23, 1964 — Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
