Can I send without limits?
Yes, NetSendo itself has no limits. The limit depends entirely on your SMTP provider (e.g. Gmail has a limit of 500/day, Amazon SES can have millions). Since you host it yourself, you don't pay us for volume.
Is there a multi-user mode?
Currently, NetSendo is designed as single-tenant (for one organization). However, you can deploy multiple Docker instances for different clients.
How do cron and queue workers work?
NetSendo uses Redis for task queuing. The `worker` container processes background tasks (sending emails, imports), and the scheduler ensures cyclic actions.
Is there an API and webhooks?
Yes, we offer a full REST API and Webhooks for events such as subscription, unsubscription, or link clicks. HMAC signatures ensure security.
Which AI models are supported?
NetSendo connects to OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, OpenRouter and local models through Ollama. Add your API key under Settings → AI Integrations to generate subject lines, message content and campaign plans.
Is it free?
NetSendo offers a free SILVER license for internal business use. A paid GOLD subscription with additional features is also available.
What license is NetSendo released under?
NetSendo is proprietary, source-available software licensed under the NetSendo EULA. It is not open source in the OSI sense: the code is public so you can read and audit it, but redistributing it or offering it as SaaS is not allowed.
Can I use NetSendo to build my own SaaS?
No. The license prohibits offering NetSendo as a hosted service (SaaS/PaaS) to third parties. You may use it for your own business marketing.
