Questions partners ask
How much do I earn?
50% of the first payment and 30% of every later payment of a customer you referred, for as long as that customer keeps paying. Commission is calculated on what NetSendo receives: the price after the discount, without VAT or sales tax.
How long is a click remembered?
90 days in the visitor's browser. If they later click another partner's link, the last link counts. A code typed in the order form always wins.
When and how am I paid?
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from (the refund window). Once a month we pay out your payable balance from $50 by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise.
What happens when a customer gets a refund?
The refunded share of the payment is taken back from its commission. If that commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Which plans count?
Every paid NetSendo plan bought on netsendo.com: GOLD for a self-hosted installation and NetSendo Cloud SILVER and GOLD, monthly or yearly.
Can I use my own code?
No. Your own purchases do not earn commission, and partner discounts are for new customers only: people who already had a NetSendo subscription cannot use them.
Can I promote with ads?
Yes, on your own channels and with ads that lead to your own content. Not allowed: bidding on the NetSendo brand in search ads, coupon or cashback sites without our approval, spam and misleading claims. Always disclose that you earn a commission.
Do I need a company?
No. Individuals and companies can join. You take care of the taxes on your income; companies can invoice us for each payout.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free, and so is the partner panel.
